Insured with VGZ? Pay Only €20 Per Therapy Session in 2026

Good news for everyone insured with VGZ: therapy at Better Minds GGZ just became simpler and more affordable.

In 2026, VGZ-insured clients pay just €20 per session, plus the statutory deductible (eigen risico). We bill VGZ directly, so there’s no upfront payment and no claims to file yourself.

What this means for you

Finding mental health care in a new country is hard enough. Paperwork and surprise invoices shouldn’t be part of it.

If you’re insured with VGZ:

  • You pay €20 per session plus your deductible (€385 in 2026).

  • We send the bill to VGZ, so you don’t have to.

  • The average waiting time for a first appointment is about one week.
